Inclement Weather Announcement

For Classes: 

• Georgia Campuses – All classes, day and evening, in all programs, will be held virtually. For students enrolled in HVAC and IT lab classes, faculty should assign students lab work from Cengage’s MindTap material. There will be a makeup lab day at the end of the semester for students who need it.
• Kentucky Campus – All classes, day and evening, in all programs, will be held virtually.  For students enrolled in HVAC lab classes, faculty should assign students lab work from Cengage’s MindTap material. There will be a makeup lab day at the end of the semester for students who need it.
• Texas Campuses - Normal operating schedule. All campuses are open and classes resume as normally scheduled and offered.

For those accessing classes virtually, to access your classes, please:

• Sign in via MyCampus  
• Navigate via "My Courses" to your class
• Click on the Zoom link in the class.  

For Staff: 

Georgia - Campuses will open at 11:00 A.M. Staff should report at 11:00 A.M.

Kentucky - Ms. Dewana Hornback will provide work-from-home directions to the staff.

Texas – Normal operating schedule. All campuses open and classes resume as normally scheduled and offered.

Newport – campus is closed. Ms. Dewana Hornback will communicate directly with her staff and provide work day instructions.
