Concepts include diagramming business processes, floor plans, flowcharts, charts & graphs, organization charts, schematics, network diagrams, calendars, Gantt charts, website maps, and UML diagrams. The course includes basic asset management and user experience theories.

Skills developed in this course include how to logon to the computer, customize the look of Windows, start programs, print documents, and manage computer resources. Advanced skills developed in this course include how to use the basic Windows programs such as: WordPad, Notepad, Paint, and Sound Recorder. General networking and Internet skills developed in this course include how to download and install programs, share folders, and use basic and fundamental Internet technologies.
